Tips for a good mix
A few simple things that help the director hear the band clearly.
Use the desk or your audio interface, not a microphone across the room. Room sound blurs who's playing.
Send the whole band. If an instrument is missing from the mix, the director can't hear when it takes a solo.
Use the same mix your viewers hear. Then the cuts follow what the audience hears.
Check the level in OBS before the show: the meter should move with the music, without hitting the top.
