Two cameras is enough for a directed stream. One is your safety wide. The other follows whoever leads the music.
A simple starting point
Put the wide at the back, centered and above head height. Put the second camera close to the lead player or singer. Korte will hold the close-up while they play and go wide between songs and for applause.
